Can't give you a figure on the easment, but if they pay for crop damage, then that is where you want your sweet corn patch. My neighbor makes out pretty good that way. Then you can charge buy the ear! We've got an oil line that runs near buy. Installed in the 70's. Ran a second line about 5 yrs ago and now two more are going through the same easment in 07.
