Redline, we have an SCH on our 8000 and I will say that they cut alot better and in turn improve feeding. The sections do get dull and do need to be changed just as any other sickle, but the SCH does work nice. We dont have the roller guides but we do have the large style head so we havent had many troubles with it. I think any sickle works decent, but the sections being turned back and forth on the SCH seems to cut quicker and better.
