I have been thru this several times. Agree with other post. It will be a long term recovery from compaction. You will never get enough in hind site. $4000 per acre disturbed is common here, plus crop damages and a future compaction charge. You will probably have to sign off at the end that all is OK, they will want you to do it almost right away, I would wait a couple of years.

Decide what is important to you, I detest above ground structures that you would be liable for if you hit them. Fixing tile lines and drainage ditches are also important as well as eroison issues. At some point you will want to work with a lawyer you trust. The most important thing I have learned is to not be in any hurry, slow play everything, don't sign anything. They will start presenting contracts almost right away that they say "you could sign and get a check right away". You can't stop them, but they view court as a last resort and will give alot before taking it from you.

You have something they need, be nice, but take your time.
