Judging by the surroundings I'd say it has a full tank in the nose. Two good things about the situation....first, there is a boom truck sitting there which will probably lift it. Second, since it is probably a tank, it's not that big of a deal to pump the contents out. Our 45' is heavy enough in the rear that it won't do that. It's mostly a 28' trailer phenomenon. They generally have a stiff leg on the front which can be loweredso they can be loaded unhooked at a dock. |
