I believe the "green guys" will recognize that as an 830; the R's and 820's did not have the rounded hood. My dad hung 700# rail car wheels on each side of the 830 for weight, in addition to standard weights on the inside of the wheels. Slippage was not a problem but pulling the rail car wheels out to add air to the tires was a real pain. The rail car wheels also eliminated the possibliliy of adding duals.
