| The K was made in an early version and a late version identified by the color of the fenders, the early version had yellow and the later ones brown. It wasn't just superficial, there were various improvements all around the machine most notably the difference in the transaxle. Above all, I would say that knowing the maintenance history of a used loader/backhoe is a bigger benefit than on certain other types of used machines because as Dave mentioned, they have a lot of wear points and moving parts and substandard maintenance leads to expensive problems. I consider this more important even than machine hours when evaluating your selections. | |
