| Agboy, Hadn't thought about it. Scott grain boxes are available to 24' length (and 62") high so you would clearly want to keep your eyes on the thing the first time through. A standard container is nominally 20' long by 8' wide by 8.5' high so I don't think that there would be a problem in emptying it.
Pknoeber, You want this one - http://www.matts-place.com/intermodal/part2/images/ccsu7205843_elm.... I'll bet we can even fit a roll-up on it instead of the tie down tarp. However, for the ultimate we can ask for this http://www.matts-place.com/intermodal/part2/images/eimu2310370.jpg You can have an open top for use during harvest and I can have ports for hauling from the bin site to the processor.
Was actually thinking about growing some of Iowa State's low linolenic acid/high oleic acid soybeans and Syngenta's high amylase corn. | |
