Hagen Brothers farms,Goodrich ND
Most any auto parts outfit has the tire shine in a spray can products that seal and keep soft sidewall rubber. The guys that build my Mattracks rubber tracks for my spra-coupe specify using these products to keep the track rubber from drying out and cracking.
I had problems with "tingly" boots, those thin rubber pull on overshoes only lasting less than a year before they crack and leak. It thought the tire shine products might help these overshoes last longer and it does, they last 2-3 years if treated with this stuff every 6 months. I coat the outside and when that is dry,I turn them inside out and spray the inside too. The slick waxy coating also makes them easier to pull on/off .
