| we had a white pvc pipe on our last head and it worked good the beans flow over the plastic good also I believe we had 5-6 hold downs and used about 1 1/2" pipe I think we had 4 pieces of pipe and put the spices under the hold downs so all pieces where not the same length but they were not the 10' length they come in either as for cost they are really cheap compared to the metal ones. I have a uncle that used hard rubber hose but that cost a little more per foot than pvc | |
