Using sq. tube is nice & easy to make joints, but I agree w/ other comments on the cost. Depending on were you live there is used HD. pipe available @ 3/4 to 1/2 of new. One of the best ways to make joints w/ round is to use a small piece of channel iron. I'll do my best @ explaining this. Let's say you were going to make a (T) connection w/ 4" pipe. Use a piece of channel 4" lg & 4" wide, butt weld the face of the channel to the end of the pipe & place the legs of the channel up to the radius of the pipe & weld it. I wish I knew how to up load a drawing to the site. Clear as mud I hope!!!
