The dismantle phase could be a challenge, if the barn was used for livestock it could be a big challenge. Nails tend to rust and will not pull out, then you end up pulling the nail head through the board (leaving a hole) or breaking the board. And it is Slow Going. I would try a small section and see how it goes.
