| There should be a way to charge back to dealer for downtime if partsman totally screws up. If you give model and serial #, and the part. They SHOULD be able to fill order. Some just can't get it right, I had one dealer I used, you would order next day air, and it allways came over three days late. They still tried to tack on next day charges, They allways said UPS screwed up, not their fault. In all my business with UPS they have great. | |
