Pittsburg, Kansas | I have used a lot of Shoup stuff and have had good luck. We actually order more from Sloan Express - they often are cheaper and also have given us good service. Better than the local JD dealer - order something from them and if it is the wrong thing they charge a 50% restocking fee. They say they are just doing what JD does with them - maybe they need a new supplier. Not so with Shoup or Sloan as long as it is returned in a reasonable time. I ordered a bunch of wrong parts - my fault - no problem, I was just out the shipping. I generally only order from Deere what I cant get anywhere else since they started the 50% restock thing.
