Dennis,

It was their partner between you and me. I'm not a big fan of dragging others through the mud, otherwise I'd throw their full name out there. I think you'll understand who I'm talking about though. It's really dry here, but from what I've seen we're doing just as good or better than everyone else. It seems like if you go east/south they are alittle behind us for rain, but when you go west it's a mess. I've heard of so many guys who are selling off livestock and putting their small grains crops up for hay. It looks like our small grains will all make it okay. We got half of our beans in before it got really wet and the other half about a week and half or two weeks later. The later beans look rough. I think we would have been alot better off mudding them in instead of waiting. The moisture just dried up too quick. The corn looked good, but has really been showing stress within the last week.
