Leesburg, Ohio | Our unit is the Farm Fans version, but identical to your 15 hp Brock. It is bolted down, and I don't put it inside, although that would be nice. I do start it up occasionally thru the year whenever I think of it...don't think I have done that yet this year, tho. I usually take the shield off the metering vane drive and turn it by hand before starting if it has set for quite a while. It did stick once, but came loose just by turning by hand a little harder. I also lay a small piece of tin over the airlock to shed water better.
