I have a 2840 with over 15000 hrs no engine work but they only made that model a few years before they realized it was a lemon and came out with the 2940, supposed to be an improvement so i would assume a 50 would be even better. Weak points on my 2840 are hydraulics/pto drive hub on flywheel/tachometers/whine in hi-lo.
