You must trust him. You entrust the care and operation of the most expensive piece of equiment on your farm. Also he operates the combine for you in a business and that is YOUR reputation on the line.
You invested time and money training him and hopefully you have the kind of operator you were looking for when you hired him. Good help is hard to find. Take care of a hand that is good but if he is poor help send him on his way. | |
