| I'm amazed that they sell bikes at the same price they cost 20 years ago, yet have even more features (suspension) etc. However, the welding job is the worst I have ever seen.
My mother's new touring bike has the brand name "Schwinn" but has a sticker that says "Made in Vietnam".
Bikes go for next to nothing at farm auctions, pick up some there.
Chinese made cars may be available as 2007 models starting this year. Cheap to buy, but like the "off brand" tractors, trade-in value might be next to nothing.
Who gets stuck with all the cheap broken merchandise. China better plan on accepting imports of landfill garbage on the ocean ship's return in exchange for allowing them to export here. | |
