northeastern Ohio | There's no easy way to get it empty at this point. Removing a side sheet would be my last choice. It is difficult to get a hoe in the hole and you end up doing a lot of forking to get what the hoe will not reach.
I would short arm the unloader, install it to clean out a tunnel and then pull it back out. 99% of the time the floor is damaged right in the center at the deck plates. Once you have a good tunnel and find the damage, you can remove the damaged sections of floor. Once they bad floor is out, you can use the unloader to get the rest of the silage out. | |
