Subject: Re: Irrigation

Mike, Is it possible that the direction of the bars on the tires make a difference as to how fast it goes around going one direction if the bars are running backwards there is more slip because I know a tractor has much less traction in reverse than in forward and now that I say that I am going to look if both tires on a tower run the same direction or does one run opposite so that a pivot will have traction going both directions. Also are there any hills or low ground where their could be mud pushing in the pivot track and going one direction the tire slips a little more than going the other direction. Dennis SEND
