We purchased a 39' Wil-Rich this last spring. It is a well built tool and met our requirements for transport height.
We used it to apply anhydrous and prepare our seedbed for planting. I would recommend the 9" spacing if you plan to use it for seedbed preparation.
The chisel plow is pulled by a 400hp CaseIH 9380.
I would buy it again.
