We replaced our knife rolls with straight fluted rolls that were rebuilt by B&R OR B&D WELDING in Illinois, have a wedge kit, and have the head overdriven. Does an excellent job at 6mph. Don't know why mother Deere doesn't address this problem they've had same corn head for the last 30 years.
