Your question is hard to answer. The output speed of a wheel motor is going to depend on the displacement of the motor, available hydraulic pump flow rate and the gear ratio of the planetary gears in the wheel motor. Forward speed is also going to be a factor of the wheel/tire size. I think combine forward speed is limited by the amount of oil available from the hydrostat when the rear wheels kick in.
Here are some specs on Fairfield Torque Hubs which are commonly used for wheel motors. But nothing on the hydraulic motors which would drive these things. http://www.fairfieldmfg.com/TorqueHub.asp
