Travis, what kind of trees are they & how much is left. I have seen trees come back from almost nothing & put new growth on. In fact we have our yard trees trimmed about every 10. When the tree trimmer gets done they look like skeletons but by the next spring thewy are nice & green. Don't rush into cutting them off
