Sioux Center, Iowa | I've had both those models, and never replaced a pulley. If those pulleys are perfectly lined up, you shouldn't be having problems. I would look for what's causing it, other than pulley failure. Vibrations? Mechanic bump/ bend idler assembly during maintenance? I've seen that happen, and it caused belt damage, until we realigned the pulley. Still didn't have pulley failure though. Excess dirt/ foreign material? Improper pulley installation, seal damage etc?
I've seen plenty of NH bashing on here lately. To each their own, but I'm sticking with my NH. Don't think their parts are out of line compared to the other colors, and in many cases have found NH is cheaper. Also have had excellent cooperation from NH on any warranty issues and recalls that have come along. Also have had virtually zero down time in the last ten years. | |
