Callao, Missouri | We bought a 1660 a couple of years ago, along with a 22' 1020 head. We were EXTREMELY displeased with the job that the header did. Long story short, we bought a 925, converted the header over, and are now very satisfied with the whole unit. We do not have field tracker, but we do have 30.5x 32's, and hills. The conversion wasn't rocket science, there is an adapter plate for the head, you have to change the length of the shafts, change potentiometer, some wire connections, etc. My neighbor Jon did the work, he's a Deere mechanic. I have no experience with the air reel.
I'm sure you won't have much trouble with the conversion.
