Do you mean 9600 ? You may want to pull the pressure relife valve to see if it is sticking open or if there is something stuck in it holding it open. That would be the first place I would look,assuming that the hyd. oil is up to "full" When was the last time the hyd. oil filter was changed ? All things to check!
