we just bought a Casio exlim ex-z600 and love it.  small size, big LCD, rechargeable, one button downloading, has its own docking station, takes great pictures, easy to use, can i say more?  the only downfall, is it's around $275, but after having digital cameras for 5 or more years, have found that you get what you pay for.  oh yeah, one more thing, this is the first digital camera that i have ever had that has no lag between the time you click the button until the picture is taken.   some of the other ones i had took along to warm up and to take pictures.  something to try out if you are trying different cameras.  easy to miss shots waiting for the camera.  this one is well worth the money in my opinion.
