Pretty good-I had a GMC Toro-flow V6 sleeved once, it ran another 10 years with no prob. One cyl. had rotted through to the point the machinist told me he could stick his thumb thru the hole when he got it bored out to fit the sleeve. My 02 Powerstroke specifies gold coolant, & regular changes, so they must have got a handle on the problem...
