| I want to back of JHent here on the following basis; he continually gives out free consultation on almost all FNH equipment, no questions asked. I imagine that he shows the same integrity at work, gives an honest hour of skilled work for an honest hour's pay. So if he sees that his efforts to provide affordable repairs to others are being watered down by new fees (if the company was in business for a period of time prior to the $5 shop fee, hard to explain this as an overhead or indirect cost), I can understand his frustration. Of course he knows that his business can charge whatever they want, just like anyone who walks in their door could go elsewhere.
Probably would not be a bad idea to be a little more vague about the company business practices though. | |
