I like most all Honda motors and most things they build. I bought a used/abused honda atv. Runs and starts great. 1986? 200.

The 2000 Honda Rancher ES bought new has been a little different. It does not start as well as I am used to. Have to prime pump if let sit to long. A bit cold blooded.

The electric shift has given me problems. Dealer I took it into was not dealer I bought from. Might be my problem. Anyway , constantly have to shut off honda and shake 4 wheeler until you can get back to nuetral.

Anybody had luck with dealer fixing. Kind of mad local dealer says it does not malfunction at shop. I cannot take it out once in aday where it does not malfunction on first mile trip. they had it for a month. They never drove it.

Guess I should let dealership I bought from try fixing, they are much farther away. Like the Honda but , annoying problem
