have to remove the drum then drive out the bad stud and start the new stud ,finish up by "pulling" the stud in with some washers and the lug nut and 1" impact. those inboard drums are a pain in the @ss .changing a stud on those involves pulling it off and doing a wheel seal too .
removal of bud wheel studs?
