It seems the topic has got off track, I’m asking what rent would be for a pasture you need to haul water to. 1000 acres, approx 80-100 head from late May to sept/oct.
He’s claiming 3$ per acre and I’m thinking more 6-7 and am wondering if I’m correct or not.
