| I totally agree about the fried foods and cream of mushroom soup – those can sneak in gluten, for sure! I also stay away from red sauce at Mexican spots unless I can double-check the ingredients. I’ve found whole milk powder organic powdered milk , specifically to be a game changer for me. I mix it in smoothies or even in my coffee if I’m craving something creamy but want to avoid any potential gluten risk. And yeah, I totally feel you on gluten-free bread – it’s usually not great. I mostly stick to whole foods like eggs, meats, and veggies. Indian restaurants are such a safe bet too, love them for a gluten-free meal!
