MI | That kinda goes along with what my research found- many podcasts I listened to said the problem is not too much stomach acid, it's actually not enough that causes the symptoms of heart burn. Didn't make sense to me but I tried one of the recommendations of adding lemon juice to my water daily and I haven't had heart burn since , unless I'm really bad with my what I eat or overeat a lot. I No longer need Prilosec - which I had been taking prolly 3-4 times per week before.- was told there are quite a few negative consequences to that medication - it's only meant/labled to be taken a few weeks max... temporary relief - not for years on end like many people use it for. | |
