Back in the stone age when I was in college I worked as a "stock boy" at the local Walmart. This was when they closed at 9 p.m. Someone returned a fish aquarium. One of those rectangular glass ones. Said it leaked. I thought I could buy that for a very much discounted price or maybe even the manager would give it to me and I could fill it with dirt and raise a few tomatoes. Nope. Manager said get a hammer, put it in a trash can and smash it to pieces. Can't sell it or even give it away. Ok, boss.
