If your intention is to eat healthy, eat more fatty meat and less sugar (apples, bananas and carrots are basically sugar bombs). Animal fat is not harmful and it will keep your hunger at bay. I have 3 eggs and 3 strips of bacon in the morning, a pound of ribeye steak at noon and 2 hotdogs and a boiled egg for supper. I am never hungry. Your results may vary, some need more and some less but adding carbs to the meals will wreck both satiety and ketone production. What carbohydrates needed in your body can be supplied by the liver.
