SW Minnesota | I watched watched both of his videos. This would be my summary: My name is Dr. Alo. I am a a Board certified Cardiologist and am very smart. Don't believe Dr. Berry he is going to die.
For my self I would like to base my decisions on some thing more than that. I will be 69 in a couple of weeks and I am not on any prescription meds, never have been. I watch most of the videos that JB posts. I get a physical about once a year and watch my numbers on the labs. I eat lots of meat. If I am wrong I will probably find out before I get sick and die. | |
