Just saw this article about a man on a carnivore diet that was developing yellow blisters on his skin from too much dietary fat. His cholesterol was at 1000 mg/delimiter. I maybe should also mention he was adding 6 to 9 pounds of sheese, sticks of butter, and other fat to his hamburgers DAILY. Hard to see how that could go bad.

No matter what your diet is, adding 6-9 pounds of anything would likely cause problems!
