Pittsburg, Kansas | You may be right and I may be wrong. No argument.
Everyone needs to decide for themselves what is optimum or at least desirable for their own situation.
Optimum is different than what we can do to survive. For example above I stated I drank some wine at a dinner with friends. I don't think in any way drinking any amount of alcohol is optimal for health. Maybe pouring it over an open wound might be ok. But yet I drink some.
So I do not claim to do everything correct.
I hope people do keep eating bread. I have winter wheat in the field as we speak.
Optimal is different than survival. Bread and rice is good for preventing starvation. I don't believe it is the preferred food for optimal health.
I could be wrong. I often am. It is why I say no one should do anything just because John Burns does it.
We are lucky in that respect in that we live in a mostly free society. Maybe more free this week than last week. So a person can decide for themselves how and what they want to eat for good health. As it should be in my opinion.
