Challenges to your thought process.

The human mouth has 4 types of teeth.   If we were intended to eat strictly meat wouldn’t we have the teeth structure similar to a cat or dog?   We have incisors to bite into things like apples and pears is this by mistake?   Do you not think there’s a benefit to foods like berries, squash, cauliflower, green beans and such?   Or do you believe the chunk of beef that came from Kroger that is feedlot raised is truly a condensed version of every thing good to eat?   Jesus multiplied wine, bread and fish if that bread is so bad why did he multiply it for his followers?   You find all this “information” that supports your dietary beliefs is it because you research out what tells you what you want to hear?  I for example won’t be researching benefits of moldboard plowing but instead more of conservation tillage or no till practices.  Look back at pictures from the settlers of this country do you see over weight folks?   Do seriously think they ate a carnivore diet?  I’m sure plenty of starches and carbohydrates.
