I liked it for heating up frozen stuff like tater tots, cheese curds, fish sticks. Never got the hang of it for serious cooking and making meals. My son ended up with it as it was one more thing sitting on the counter. I don't have a deep fryer either--maybe I just don't cook in that style very often.
We have always used a toaster oven instead of just a toaster. Our current one has a fan setting which kind of makes it a convection oven. I end up using the toaster oven fan combo quite often for reheating pizza, cooking a couple baked potatoes, tater tots and that sort of thing. |
