I make liver stroganoff, just like beef stroganoff but with liver, add the liver last as it cooks so fast. Tacos with 50/50 beef and liver. Cheese, chicken, mushroom, and liver pizza. Got sick of liver and onions years ago, everyone seems to only want that.
