We source beef liver from my nephew. I grow my own pork liver.
I slice the liver blob into thin slices, soak it in milk...over night if possible, salt/pepper to taste, and fry it in cast iron fry pan or throw it on a pellet grill. I'll usually throw some onions in the pan as well. Do NOT over cook liver.
