West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | I'm pretty sure my mothers "Suzanne" plant is a philodendron? The plant has been around since my big sisters funeral in 1984. Here's a pic of one of many of Suzanne's "babies." My mother brought a cutting from Suzanne to FL and planted it outside alongside the house...boy was that mistake IMO.
Prune the long leggy vines and give the plant a good dose of Miracle Grow...a plant requires a little fertilizer more than once every couple years and a small shot of water. Stick a short cutting in a glass of water, wait for roots to develop, and buy more pots and potting soil if you feel your plant is lonely.
