Subject: Dairy intake

Pittsburg, Kansas
We have been told it is good. We have been told it is bad (mostly because of the saturated fat in contains).

Here is Nick Norwitz covering some of the scientific studies on the subject. It is mostly positive. It is mostly epidemiology thus not being able to determine causation.

Wife and I both like cheese and consume quite a bit of it. She uses heavy cream and cream cheese a LOT in carnivore gravies and keto deserts. Plus some sour creme and other asorted dairy products. Almost never milk (because of the high lactose content).
