Wife likes to cut it up in small pieces by cutting the connective tissure out and fry it up with LOTS of carmelized onions. She loves onions more than the liver.

Pretty good that way. We don't have it often but maybe two or three times a year. We get the liver when we buy a half beef we split the whole with SIL.

Rarely ever buy it at the store, but once in a great while we do if the liver urge hits us.
