Most of mine too, except white sugar and perhaps not quite that much. Two or three teaspoons full or my mother would say "sugar will rot your teath", which it probably did. Had a lot of cavities as a kid.

Wheaties, wheat chex, then later frosted mini-wheats then once I foiund I was diabetic no more added sugar and plain shredded wheat bisquits but still lots of milk. Sometimes cream of wheat in the winter.
