Pittsburg, Kansas | I have commented on Bikman's presentations that some visual references would really help get across his message in his metabolic lectures. This one has it! Talks about how fat cells operate and how GLP1 agonist drugs work (Ozempic, etc).
Anyone interested in losing weight or having better metabolic health can benefit by watching this excellent presentation. Very detailed and nerdy, but presented in common language so easy to understand.
