I just figure it is the placebo effect, and I am fine with that. As long as the placebo effect keeps working, I'm good with it.
We get symptoms of flu/cold and take it early, couple days later whatever we had is gone. Usually take zinc/copper supplement and some querciten supplement also.
Placebo effect works for me. But I would not recommend it for anyone else. I'm definitely not a doctor.
